I found this site to be fantastic. The basic and realistic hacking challenges are the closest I found to the real thing. Also the encryption challenges and application hacking are fantastic, and solving them gives a real sense of accomplishment. I would advice any die hard or novice hacking enthusiast to take a look at this is site. It is amazing.
